Metalbud Nowicki MHM 39 Brine Injector

Brine injector designed for even distribution of brine into beef/lamb/veal. It is also possible to inject the other meats for boneless product. After changing needles for smaller diameter is possible to inject any kind of poultry products. Machine is equipped with needles working on the 3,2 bars pressure, rotary brine filter and spare needle head. It was used only for a year, like new condition. Built will accordance to all CE directives, complete stainless steel construction. This brine injector has 39 sockets with 79 needles.
