TipperTie TT1815 automatic double clipper

The TT automatic double clippers combine years of expertise and systematic development to offer top-notch closure technology. They handle various casings (plastic, fibrous, collagen) and connect to standard filling machines, ensuring clean, residue-free sealing for a wide range of food and non-food uses.

TT1815 supports callibers from 35mm to 140mm. It features durable stainless steel construction, including drive levers, and are designed ergonomically and compactly.

The applications include a wide range of products such as sausages, ground meats, soy products like tofu, tempeh, and seitan chubs, vegan sausages, ground fish, surimi and sausage pastes, pet foods (raw, frozen, refrigerated), pumpable cheese, soups, sauces, ground fruits/vegetables, netted produce, and industrial explosive chub packages.

The machine features an electronic clip closure force monitor to prevent damage from operating errors and enhance production reliability. It’s equipped with a maintenance-free servo drive and PLC control, and offers touch screen operation for various settings, including maintenance tasks.
