• Packaging Speed: The machine can achieve up to 120 cycles per minute with a fixed pitch function or 90 cycles per minute with the LVA function, facilitating high-efficiency operations.
• Ergonomic Design: Improvements in the design of the main guard, shuttle conveyors, crimper assembly, and crimper height adjustment have enhanced user-friendliness and reduced setup times.
• Perfect Sealing: The PFM ERS sealing systems achieve temperatures comparable to traditional rotary systems, providing optimal sealing time and pressure. They feature a continuous motion rotating action with an automatically actuated knife, ensuring consistent seal quality.
