Traditional sausage smoking

The traditional smoking chamber is based on one of the oldest smoking methods.

The smoke formed in the hearth, carried through the bottom channel, rises by gravity – freely surrounding the moving products. It is then discharged outside the chamber.

An important element ensuring even processing of the load is the unique design of the smoking chamber with a system of rotation of the load. The products to be processed are being transported on a chain that moves uniformly during the process, which ensures an even yet excellent smoking effect.

Smoking chambers are also available at BMG Trade.
