Thermoformer Variovac Primus

Used thermoformer Variovac Primus. Adapted to work with 420 mm wide hard film. Machine is equipped with moulds with division 3.1 and single tray size: 21,5 x 11,5. Stroke: 240 mm. The machine is equipped with two Busch pumps:
– RA 0063 E 5Z1
– RA 0100 F 503

Capacity up to 8 cycles per minute

Principle of operation:

The packaging is formed automatically by the machine from two films – top and bottom. The product is placed by the operator in cells made of bottom film. The product is automatically extracted by a vacuum system, sealed, cut and labelled (optional). Forming of trays of different types and sizes is carried out by manual mould change.
The operator can program the step, speed, time, temperature and vacuum level.
