We offer a used Stephan MC10 – an industrial machine designed for continuous fine cutting, emulsifying, homogenizing and grinding of food products. The machine is suitable for meat processing plants, delicatessen production, fish processing plants, as well as facilities producing sauces, pastes, fillings, stuffings and convenience food products.
The Stephan MC10 belongs to the Microcut machine group, used wherever a very fine and uniform product structure is required. The machine can be used for preparing meat emulsions, pâtés, fillings, sauces, dressings, mayonnaise, vegetable pastes, fish products and other masses requiring intensive fine cutting.
The inline cutter operates continuously – the product is fed into the working chamber, passes through the cutting system and is discharged as a ready, finely processed mass. This solution helps improve the production process, reduce manual work and achieve a repeatable product structure in subsequent batches.
