How does the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine work?
Raw material goes into the hopper, from where a feed screw carries it to the forming system. A high-speed mold plate fills the molds with the mass and gives the products the set shape and weight, and a pneumatic knock-out system places the finished portions on the conveyor. Changing the product range means swapping the mold, which allows quick changeovers between round and oval burgers of different diameters and weights. The machine is operated from a simple pushbutton panel.
