Wolfking TSMI 1250 paddle mixer with CO2 or nitrogen cooling. Made entirely of stainless steel. The mixer is equipped with a cooling system that ensures the viscosity and plasticity of the products, which facilitates and consolidates molding, thus maintaining the shape of the product during further processing. The cooling also reduces bacterial growth and extends the shelf life of the mixed product. A PLC with fully programmable recipes ensures repeatability of production.
