We offer the KOLZBIG Food Packaging Line, based on the DL-2 dual-lane packaging machine, designed for the automatic dosing and packaging of food products into Doypack-style packaging. This is a fully automatic filling and packaging machine designed to handle a wide range of food industry products, including meat products, pet food, sauces, and other items requiring precise dosing and airtight packaging.

The DL-2 machine operates in a two-lane configuration, meaning that during a single cycle it fills and packs two packages simultaneously. As a result, the machine achieves very high productivity and is ideal for facilities that require fast, automated packaging of ready-to-eat meals and food components into modern stand-up pouches.

Depending on the product consistency and portion size, the line’s output ranges from 3,600 to 5,000 packages per hour. For packages with a capacity of 100–200 ml, the expected output is approximately 3,500–4,500 packages/h. The line is equipped with a 16-head multi-head filler capable of setting a portion size up to 200 g, as well as a sauce dispenser with portion adjustment from 50 ml to 150 ml directly from the operator panel.

Technical description of the line

The machine is built on a stainless steel frame, made of stainless steel sheets and profiles. All stations responsible for picking up packages, opening them, dispensing the product, dispensing the filling, stretching the packages, and sealing are mounted on the frame. The individual mechanisms are driven by MITSUBISHI controls and servo drives and a MetalWork pneumatic system.
