Marel PLT 400 Flattener

Marel Platino uses a unique kneading technology to flatten poultry products. For flattening, the products pass through the upper and lower Platino belt. The two rotating drums under the bottom belt use a kneading technique to ensure that the fibers in the poultry product will not be torn during flattening.
