Hoegger IP320 Meat Press

The Hoegger IP320 meat press is the ideal system for processing chilled fresh meat (Pork Loin, Pork Neck, Bacon, Belly etc.) or processed meats (cured ham, smoked ham etc,) before various cutting operations, such as

– Cutting (sausages, fresh meat,)
– Portion cutting (slices, chops, steaks, etc.)
– Cutting into cubes.

Thanks to the pressure action on three sides, individually adjustable intensity, the pressed meat takes on an extremely regular shape without damaging the structure. This has two main advantages:

1) Reduction of waste during cutting.

2. Allows for more even portions after the cutting operation.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or (moulds) of high molecular density polyethylene, an extremely resistant material and particularly suitable for food products.
