Baader 600 Soft Separator

Used Baader 600 soft separator. The flexible squeezing belt transports the product to the perforated drum and gently presses the meat through the perforation. Harder particles such as bones and skin remain on the outside of the drum. The raw product and the diameter of the opening in the drum determine the texture of the final product.
