Set of 5 tumblers for industrial curing and massaging of meat
We offer Inject Star HS 5 vacuum tumblers designed for professional curing, massaging, and marinating of meat in meat and poultry processing plants, as well as in the production of cold cuts and ready meals. The working capacity of 500 liters and a load range of 250-350 kg per tumbler allow for efficient processing of medium and larger batches of raw material, with even distribution of brine and spices and improvement of the structure and tenderness of the meat. The set includes five removable stainless steel tumbler. The machines operate at 400V, 50 Hz, 3N, and the speed is controlled mechanically – the operator can easily select the speed according to the type of product and the required intensity of massaging. The compact form allows the set to be installed in existing production rooms without major line modifications.
