We offer the CARSOE Automatic Tray Dispensing Line, designed for use in modern food processing plants. The line consists of a CARSOE CLEANLINE BUFFER 2000 PNEUMATIC (L) tray buffer and a CARSOE ANYTRAY CL FLATSKIN EL DENESTER tray denester, ideal for handling Flatskin trays and classic trays in packaging lines (including traysealers, flowpacks, MAP).
The CARSOE solution provides automatic separation, buffering and feeding of trays to the packaging line, which significantly increases efficiency, reduces manual labour and improves process stability. The devices operate using compressed air (6 bar) and are compact in size, allowing for easy integration into existing packaging lines for meat, fish, ready meals and convenience products.
