CES Freezing Tunnel (LIN)
For quick freezing of food products
We offer a CES LIN industrial cryogenic freezer from 2009. For rapid freezing using LIN (liquid nitrogen). The freezer is ideal for meat, poultry, fish, and bakery plants, as well as for the production of ready meals and convenience foods, where high-quality freezing, preservation of product structure, color, and weight, and minimal juice loss during thawing are important.
The device is powered by 3×400 VAC + N + E (50 Hz), with a power of 10 kW, guaranteeing stable, industrial operation. The working chamber with internal dimensions of 2600 x 1100 x 1950 mm allows for the freezing of a wide range of products on trays, nets, in containers or on a conveyor belt, depending on the line configuration. The external dimensions of the freezer, 2850 x 2350 x 2300 mm, make it easy to install the device in an existing production hall. Control is carried out by a PLC system, which enables precise management of process parameters, and the LIN (liquid nitrogen) medium ensures very fast, gentle freezing while maintaining high product quality.
