Used VC999 TS 1200 Automatic Tray Sealer. It is a compact and highly efficient linear machine that closes automatically prepared trays by heating the top film. This can be done either with or without inert gas. The trays are placed either manually or automatically in the machine’s loading bay, transported to the sealing station and after closing, are discharged with an outfeed conveyor. It is possible to create skinpacks as well as to close cardboard trays with cardboard lids for deep-frozen products or in polystyrene trays.
