Used Handtmann VF200 vacuum filler, equipped with an integrated loader for 200l meat bins, twister and a Handtmann GMD 93-3 inline grinding head.
The main advantage of such a combination is the grinding of the product to its final consistency and simultaneous portioning which reduces the number of stages in the process.
