Handtmann VF200 Vacuum FIller with GMD 93-3 Grinding attachment

Used Handtmann VF200 vacuum filler, equipped with an integrated loader for 200l meat bins, twister and a Handtmann GMD 93-3 inline grinding head.
The main advantage of such a combination is the grinding of the product to its final consistency and simultaneous portioning which reduces the number of stages in the process.

– max. filling capacity up to 5,000 kg/h as a function of the stuffing pump
– setting of portions from 5 to 100,000 g,
– the speed of portioning:
25 g = 500 portions/minute,
50 g = 450 portions/minute,
100 g = 380 portions/minute,
200 g = 280 portions/minute
